Pat Richardson has spent his life dedicated to the growth of kids in the community. From working in group homes to mentoring our youth with sports Richardson has been a staple in getting kids to believe in themself and in many cases off the streets and contributing members of society.  He has contributed to many local football programs including Fitch High School, Montville and New London and was known for his enthusiastic and boisterous personality. He was all about the motivational tactics and making sure everyone knew they stuck together and were a family Pat

He started Fish Fry in 2009 to record memories of our family and friends so that our children can enjoy those memories generations from now.

Fish Fry is a grassroots organization that has grown nationwide and spreading globally. Today while still holding true to their roots, Fish Fry,  also raises money to charter fishing boats to take local children in the community out to not only learn the lessons of fishing but life too.
